My esteemed colleagues and other citizens of the Emerald Domain, after a lengthy discussion with Ms. Sarah Smith, her persistent assurance of detailed service; along with the vocal recommendation of multiple Primogen has led me to lend her the benefit of my name as a Lesser Harpy. Concerns brought to me by Revered Primogen Fantana have not gone unheard, however. As I am diplomatic, may Ms. Smith be known so as well. My expectation is that she live up to the name.
Ms. Smith will be assisting Mr. Dunsmuir at the accounting in my absence (as was previously discussed).
Due to the nature of the Accounting and its importance; after discussing the question with his highness; it has been decided that any matters of scandal will be noted as necessary during the Accounting, but resolved the next week in normal Elysium unless the matter warrants the direct intervention of His Grace.
This is a kind and caring reminder to be on your best behavior during the events of this weekend. I shall see you all very soon.
