I'm dreaming of White Christmas...lights?

We have been given a budget of $40 for the event.

This covers the cost of getting the plastic sheeting Amber needs to cover the walls etc for the event.

What we still need are- silver and gold decorations to break up the boring black sheeting, and WHITE Christmas lights.

If you have anything that can help PLEASE let us know here in this thread what you can bring-.

Amber and I are going through a check list Monday evening to see what still needs to be taken care of.

I can bring 80 feet of silver garland.

I also have some silver/black and gold/black wrapping paper if you can think of anything that it might be used for.

I was also considering going to Joann's and getting some flowers to make some table center pieces, if they are needed. This would be with my own funds and thus not overly elaborate, but it would be something.

Joann's and Michael's are excellent right now! all Xmas stuff is 70% off. And anything helps, especially with the magic that is clearance sales.

Dunno about the paper, but the garland would be great.

I've got a strand of white LED lights currently illuminating my Little Tardis that I'll pull down and bring ( since they are coming down anyways ), I think it is 18 ft of so of lights.

I have a string of white LEDs... two strings, actually. One that is just sitting in my living room, and one in my bedroom. They aren't christmas lights, but they are much the same.

Food: We will not be catered due to lack of funds so if you want, come bring something potlucky. Please remember to list the ingredients due to allergies.

We will assume, unless told otherwise from the staff, that it is the same as previous events: propshop run*, setup, administration, tear down, propshop drop off*, food, and drinks.








* We had to scrap the prop shop run due to lack of transportation, not to mention lack of time; as a result, there will be no XP for it.

I will be helping with set-up.

Jeff, Amber has told me 7pm. Changeling has graciously offered the wood floor beginning at that time to do the set-up.
