Marcus was looking back and forth between a number of folders. Each was organized by a system he and his people had begun to work out. He was also looking as some options for future projects, and some of them were rather large. There were also the projects he had to work on in the Camarilla, which were in their own pile. Side projects of his own, they were piled next to the blue feathered hair piece he had worn a few times. Then, lastly in things that were taking his attention was the images on his phone that matched the memories in his head.
His dreams had been just as sorted, but more heavily weighted to the conversations and the interactions he had been having with the one he desired, the one he craved. He wondered about her, obviously there were roadblocks and hurdles for that.... Not knowing where she was at the moment for instance, and no good way to track her... but he would see her again soon he felt it. there was also his dreams, she was far more alive and active there, but perhaps more real as he focused on memories at times....
As Marcus pulled his attention away from the image on his phone, he looked back to plans.
"Do we know what would go into building the first derrick would take? We need to get that project started soon, there are a number of projects that depend on it. Along with the other remote site as well, a lot hinges on those, that we can expand. We also need to get into ubiquitous production... Somehow get in on a market trend, or the like.."
They began to answer, but his eyes were back to his phone. Most of his mind wondered what she thought about these plans, what would she say. Sure, she wanted him using his own voice and making decisions... but he knew some of his recent decisions would not please her, and it would be hard to convince her of what he knew if she was unhappy.
"Our other ventures, no road blocks there? We may hit some delays here in the new future. New regulation and the like from those above me. I have not found out for sure what they are planning and what changes that might include. We may have to move some of our operations as well, so this should be accounted for..."
He wondered if any had heard about a blue locked lass, or any of the many other tracks his mind was on... and the meeting only got more mundane from there, but at least his phone was a distraction....
