Vampire HST elections are this coming Saturday, August 2nd.
Elections will be held in the beginning of the evening and revealed at close of game.
Eligibility rules per charter are as follows:
3.Voting Process- HSTs are to be elected by popular vote. Anyone playing in the sphere that have been present for five consecutive games over the 6 months previous to the election are eligible for a vote. A reasonable time should be given so that all players are allowed their vote. Players unable to attend voting should be offered the option to either email-in their vote, or to notify the sphere's current staff of an appointed proxy to vote for them. Voting is overseen by a PA or agreed-upon third party. Neither the HST candidates nor members of any candidate's proposed staff should be tasked with overseeing the collection of votes. Counting the votes should be done by a representative of another sphere and a PA from the sphere in question.

Per current HST Kevin, he will provide a list of those eligible to vote at start of game based on attendance.
A werewolf st will be present along with a PA for vote counting.
Live voting closes at midnight (12AM) Sunday August 3rd.
If you are eligible and cannot be present you may notify the HST of someone that is authorized to vote in person on your behalf. You may also email the current staff your votes (doing so is considered acknowledging that you waive your right to anonymity in this case).
You may begin emailing votes by 6PM 8/2. Voting by email closes at eleven (11PM) to allow for all electronic votes to be counted in a timely manner.
Please refer to message board posts of each candidate for more information, or speak with the candidates directly.
Good luck to each candidate and potential staff.
Please take a moment to thank the current staff for their dedication over the last year.
