I'm using this thread to post information regarding any world situations that effect the mage sphere as a whole. Limitations on influences, magic, etc are all fair game.
Current ongoing effect: All magic is +1 difficulty. Domino effect: +1 difficulty for each two spells done in a close (roughly a block radius) area in the last half hour. Once difficulty reaches +4, effects that are normally coincidental may become vulgar.
Magic done in a sanctum does not have the Domino effect apply as harshly, although still counts for magic done after it. Sanctums still have the general +1 difficulty.
Magic done in a different realm does not have the +1 difficulty, and domino/paradox rules for the given realm replace the one above.
